Weather/Sea Conditions Are Unfavourable
The organizer/ship captain may delay, reschedule or cancel the sailing – due to bad weather or if the sea is too rough for the safety of everyone.
Technical / Operational Problems
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking – due to safety reasons, mechanical failures, operational problems or other issues.
Requirements Not Met, If Applicable
A minimum of 20 people is needed for the New Year cruise event. The organiser will cancel the event – if the above requirement is not fulfilled by the stated date.
Force Majeure Events
Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics and any major emergencies are outside of the organiser’s control – and could lead to cancelation without liability.
The guests will be informed by email, SMS or phone, or through the booking platform that they booked from – as soon as possible when the event is cancelled.
Limitation Of Liability
The organizer is not liable for damages to guests for any other purpose. The organizer is not responsible for weather and unscheduled experiences – such as fireworks and similar events, which are beyond their control.
