- Guests who are not opting for private transfers are advised to use public transportation to reach the reporting point.
- Pickup and drop-off services are available only from centrally located hotels and residences within the city.
- Private transfer timings can vary depending on the pickup location and prevailing traffic conditions.
- Pickup or drop-off may not be possible in areas affected by road closures after 4 PM.
- Tickets for the upper and lower decks are priced separately.
- Separate washrooms for men and women are available onboard.
- In the event of unfavorable weather, the coast guard may restrict access to open waters.
- The cruise takes approximately three hours.
- Private pickup takes place between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
- Dubai Marina Harbour is the location for reporting.
- Kindly report between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
- Please note that the boarding process begins from 9 PM onwards.
- The cruise embarks from the harbour at 10 PM and returns at 1 AM (1st January 2027).
- Drop-off will take place between 2 AM and 3 AM (as per your location).
- Transfer to/from your hotel is not part of the activity, but you can opt for our private transfer.
- All New Year tickets are non-refundable.
- The party happens in the evening, so always bring a light jacket to keep yourself warm.
- We will provide you with the location and contact information of the person one or two days prior to the activity.
- Children have to come with their guardians for the party.

- No alcohol will be served, but you can purchase it onboard.
- By Metro – Take the metro train and get down at the Jumeirah Lake Towers Metro Station. From there, walk a little to reach Marina Harbour.
- By Bus – Routes N55 and F55A will drop you off at Marina Harbour.
- By Private Transfer – Our optional private transfers can assist you with pickup and drop-off facilities.
- Children under the age of 3 are allowed for free.
- Children between the ages of 3 and 10 should book children’s tickets.
- Others qualify for adult tickets.
It will be good to inform you that the charter may be cancelled for the following reasons:
- Bad weather or sea conditions – Due to conditions such as bad weather or sea conditions that pose safety concerns, the organizer/captain might postpone, reschedule or cancel the sail.
- Technical/Operational Problems – To guarantee everyone’s safety, the organizer might cancel the booking due to technical and operational problems.
- Requirement not fulfilled (only applies to this particular event) – The New Year Cruise requires a certain minimum number of people. If the minimum is not achieved by the time limit, the organizer can cancel the event.
- Events of Force Majeure (natural disasters, government regulations, pandemic, or major crisis) – These are beyond the organizer’s control, meaning the event can be cancelled without any liability on their part.
- All guests will be informed as quickly as possible through email, SMS, call or the booking platform.
- Limitation of liability – Organizers are not responsible for the weather and any scheduled activities that might be affected due to circumstances out of their control.
No refund for cancellations, as the booking once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
