  • By Metro:Take M1 Metro Line to DAMAC Metro Station (close to Marina Harbor).
  • Private Transfer: Optional and convenient private transfers to the boarding location are also available.
  • Bring your Emirates ID or passport to the cruise party.
  • Have your activity e- voucher on hand.
  • Once you’re confirmed – booking info will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
  • The exact location, timing, and contact person(s) will be provided – one or two days prior to the activity.

  • Clothing should be modest and a light jacket is to be worn – in case of a drop in temperature.
  • Advance booking is recommended – as there can be a limited number of places available.
  • Some areas may close at 4:00 PM – and some areas may not be available for pick up.
  • The transfer times may vary depending on the location and traffic flow. If there is a lot of traffic or road closures – you may need to opt for pick-up at a mutually agreeable location.
  • Late arrivals and no shows are not accepted – and no refunds are given.
  • Strollers will not be allowed on the cruise.
  • The cruise goes on schedule and will not wait for late passengers.
  • Guests should comply with the coast guard’s restrictions – if they are caused by bad weather or sea conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings are final and there is a 100% cancellation charge on confirmed bookings.
  • Money refunds may take 7–14 days to be credited to the guest’s bank account – in case of cancellation of the booking by the organiser.

Child Policy

  • Children under 3 years of age are welcome for free on the cruise.
  • Over 3 years old children – must be accompanied by an adult ticket.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of cancellation, postponement, delay or rescheduling of a cruise or event – the organizer has the right to do so under the following circumstances:
  • If the weather or seas are not forecasted to be safe – the event may be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled for the safety of guests.
  • The decision to cancel the cruise could be due to – mechanical issues, a breakdown or safety concerns that could arise during the cruise.
  • Shared cruises must have a minimum number of confirmed passengers. In case the required number is not achieved within the fixed time frame – the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.
  • Natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics or other significant emergencies – could cause the cancellation without fault on the organizer.
  • Refunds will be issued only for the amount paid by the guest and not for any other amount.
  • The organizer is not responsible for travel and accommodation or any other third-party costs.
  • The organizer will have no responsibility for any other returns. The organizer cannot be held responsibile for missed activities – such as fireworks, or disruptions due to weather or events outside of the control of the organizer.

If a health-related circumstance is provided as a reason for cancellation of a New Year booking – a valid medical document must be provided as proof. Requests for refunds due to health situations will only be considered – once it has been received and verified.

The company may refuse to comply with requests for refunds – that lack proper medical documentation or fail to satisfy the policy criteria.

Guests will be notified of cancellations and/or changes in the schedule by means of:

  • Email.
  • SMS or phone call.
  • Their booking platform.
