Guests are advised to bring warm clothing, as the weather can become cool during the evening.
Late arrivals will be treated as no-shows, and no refunds will be issued.
The cruise departs on time and cannot wait for late-arriving guests.

Strollers are not permitted on either deck of the Dubai Marina cruise.

The shared cruise does not meet the required minimum number of participants by the specified deadline.
Natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other major emergencies beyond the organizer’s control.
Refunds will be limited to the amount paid by the guest, and no additional compensation will be provided.
The organizer is not responsible for any third-party expenses, including accommodation, transportation, or other travel arrangements.
The organizer’s liability is limited solely to refunding the cruise fee and does not extend to weather-related conditions or missed experiences, including fireworks, caused by circumstances beyond their control.
