Guests are requested to arrive at the departure location at least one hour before the scheduled boarding time, as transfer services are not available on New Year’s Eve.

Due to rough sea conditions or unfavorable weather, the Coast Guard may restrict access to open waters, which could result in a change of cruising location.
Pickup timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and guest location.
Pickup services cannot be provided from restricted areas due to road closures after 4:00 PM.
Guests are advised to bring warm clothing, as the weather can become cool during the evening.
Late arrivals will be treated as no-shows, and no refunds will be issued.
The cruise departs on time and cannot wait for late-arriving guests.
Dubai Marina is the official departure point for this activity.
Strollers are not permitted on either deck of the Dubai Marina cruise.
Guests will receive the tour map and booking confirmation before the scheduled activity.
Transfer services are not included in the booking price. However, private transfers are available at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Once the tour is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, and a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
If your selected tour becomes unavailable after payment confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
If the booking is canceled by us, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule the charter or event under the following circumstances:

Bad weather or unsafe sea conditions that may affect guest safety.
Mechanical failures, operational issues, or safety concerns involving the vessel.
The shared cruise does not meet the required minimum number of participants by the specified deadline.
Natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other major emergencies beyond the organizer’s control.
Refunds will be limited to the amount paid by the guest, and no additional compensation will be provided.
The organizer is not responsible for any third-party expenses, including accommodation, transportation, or other travel arrangements.
The organizer’s liability is limited solely to refunding the cruise fee and does not extend to weather-related conditions or missed experiences, including fireworks, caused by circumstances beyond their control.
