Know Before You Go

The activity will start from Al Seef, Bur Dubai. You can get there by public transport, rental or our private transfer service.
Airport transfers are not available.
The timings of transfer depend on traffic and distance.
Private transfers may not operate in restricted areas after 4 pm due to road closures.
All guests must present a valid Emirates ID or passport.
Kids must stay with their parents or guardians during the trip.
The cruise departs strictly on time. There will be no accommodations for late arrivals. No refund will be given for the same.
Guests can wear any outfit of their choice that looks modest. You may also bring light jackets for cool evenings.
In case weather conditions shift, the coast guard may change the route for the safety of guests.
The boarding details and contact information will be shared at least 1 or 2 days before the event.
Strollers are not permitted onboard.
Alcoholic drinks are available as a separate add-on for guests aged 21 and above.
This is a special one-night event which takes place on 31^st December only.

How to Get There?

Metro – Catch the train at Burjuman Station, the nearest stop to Al Seef.
Bus – Catch one of the buses on routes 29, C10, or 33.
Private Transfer – Available exclusively on New Year’s Eve.

Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
If we are unable to operate the tour for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel from our end.
In case of cancellation from our end, you will receive the refund within 7 to 14 business days.

Cancellation for Health Related Issues

Those guests who want to cancel the booking for any medical reasons should provide a valid medical certificate stating the medical condition.
Once your request has been verified, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Requests without a valid medical proof may not be eligible for refund.

Child Policy

Free entry for kids below the age of 3.
Children from the age of 3 to 10 can participate with child ticket.
Children above the age of 10 years need standard tickets.

Our Cancellation Terms

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event under following conditions.

Weather & Sea Conditions –

If weather or sea conditions pose a risk, the captain or organiser may delay, reschedule or cancel the cruise.

Technical or Operational Problems –

In the event of mechanical failure or safety concerns, we may cancel the booking for the safety of guests.

Force Majeure –

Events that are beyond our control like natural disasters, government restrictions or emergencies, may lead to cancellation without any liability from our end.

Minimum Participation Requirement –

The event requires a minimum number for participants. If that number is not met by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Refund –

No refund will be given for additional expenses like travel, accommodation, or third party bookings.

Our liability –

Our liability is limited solely to repayment of the charter fee. We are not responsible for events or experiences cancelled or interrupted due to unavoidable circumstances.
