  • Dubai’s roads face massive crowds after 4 PM on New Year’s Eve, which may impact your pickup and drop-off services in some areas.

  • Cruise departs on time. In case you’re late or miss the event, no refund will be issued.

  • All guests should wear smart and modest attire.

  • In case of unfavourable weather conditions, the coast guard may suspend open-water sailing and boarding location may be changed.

  • Make sure you carry your passport or a valid Emirates ID for quick identity check before boarding the cruise.

  • Get a lavish menu with curated selection for both – vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

  • Keep your outfits classy and modest. Avoid anything too casual or inappropriate.

  • Minimum Participation Not Met- Our New Year’s Eve Cruise requires a minimum number of guests to proceed ahead. If the threshold is not met, the event may be cancelled.
  • Unexpected Events- In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or emergencies, the activity may be cancelled without liability to the organiser.
  • Guest Notification- In the event of cancellation, the guests will be informed through email, SMS, phone or booking platform.
  • Company’s Liability- We regret that we cannot be held liable for missed experiences like fireworks or other events that are beyond our control.
