  • If you don’t want to stress about transportation, you can go for optional private transfer and reach the meeting point with comfort.

  • Get washroom facilities for both genders on board.

Metro- Catch Baniyas Square Metro Station 2 to Dubai Marina.

Private Transfer- Catch the private air conditioned cab and reach with ultimate comfort and ease.

  • Guests get private transfers from their location on request with additional costs for the private cab.
  • You will not get airport transfer from Dubai International Airport.
  • Kids should be under the supervision of the parents while on board.
  • Wear smart outfits for the occasion and avoid inappropriate dresses.

  • Pickup Begins: 8 PM to 8.30 PM.

Child Policy

  • Kids within the age group of 3 – 10 must book child tickets.
  • Children above 10 years of age can book standard tickets.

Please note that the organiser reserves the right to cancel, delay or reschedule the event under these circumstances:

  1. Bad Weather or Rough Seas- If the weather conditions are not okay for a yacht cruise, we might delay, reschedule or cancel the charter.
  2. Technical Issues- Any mechanical issues on board my lead to the cancellation of event for the safety of guests.
  3. Low Bookings- If we do not reach the minimum number of guests required, the event may not go ahead. You’ll receive a full refund if this happens.
  4. Unforeseen Events- In case of natural disasters, pandemics or national restrictions, we may cancel the event.
  5. Refunds- You will receive a 100% refund for the amount you paid to us. Any extra expenses like travels, hotels or other personal bookings will not be covered.
  6. Our Responsibility- We’re responsible for your charter fee and nothing beyond that. We are not liable for missed experiences like fireworks displays or any such events.
  1. Can I get a private cab to reach at the meeting point?

You can opt for a private transfer to reach the location before boarding the charter.

 

  1. Do I get a vegetarian option in the menu?

Yes, you can choose from vegetarian and non-vegetarian options given in the menu.

 

  1. Are there any places other than Burj Al Arab where I can enjoy the fireworks?

There are multiple locations in Dubai where you can watch the fireworks on a New Year Eve –

  • Burj Khalifa lights up with laser and fireworks up to its topmost floor.
  • Catch the dancing Dubai Fountains at Burj Lake, right below Burj Khalifa and near Dubai Mall. Get an abra boat ride around the lake and watch the wonderful fountains dancing to the beats and shining with the laser light beams.
  • Watch the silhouette of Burj Al Arab transform itself into a magical night sky adorned with lighting fireworks.
  • Pass through the gate of Atlantis the Palm that looks like an ethereal palace of another world.
  • Look at Palm Jumeirah from afar that looks like a glowing island from afar.
  1. Can I get beer or red wine for celebration?

Unfortunately, the alcohol options are not available in the menu. However, you can have delicious treats, buffet dinner, soft drinks or soda.
