Guest Guidelines

Boarding – You will get the boarding details and departure time on the QR ticket.
No Late Arrivals – The charter follows a strict schedule and late comings or no-shows cannot be refunded.
Getting Here – We recommend leaving early on the New Year Eve to skip the last-minute rush due to busy traffic.
Food & Drinks – No need to worry about food and drinks. Everything is taken care of by the crew.
Families – Primarily and adult experience, but we also welcome families travelling with infants and young children.
Dress Code – Dress smartly for the night.
Deck Access – Please stay on your designated deck level. You’ll be provided the wristbands to guide access.
VIP seating – Reserved seating for VIP Guests based on group size and the time of booking.

All guests should carry a valid ID or passport.
Private pickup timings may vary based on route and traffic.
Drop-off may not be arranged for few locations with road closures after 4 pm on New Year Eve.
Arrive early at the boarding point to skip the lines.
Wear smart dresses or party clothes for the evening.
No outside food or beverages are allowed onboard.
Seating based on your ticket type – Regular or VIP.
In case of rough conditions, the coast guard may reroute to a safer location.
Please keep a close eye on young kids at all times.

If you cancel the ticket, you will not receive any refund.

Guest Age Policy

Guests aged 10 years and above are required to purchase a standard ticket.
Children below the age of 10 are eligible for child ticket.

In the event of unfavourable conditions, the captain or organiser may make the call to delay, reschedule or cancel the sailing.

Mechanical or Operational Failures

If there’s any technical issue, mechanical failure or operational concern, the organiser may cancel or postpone the event for the wellbeing of passengers.

Minimum Participation

The event requires a minimum number of guests onboard. If the threshold is not met by the deadline, the event may be cancelled.

Force Majeure Events

Events like natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or other emergencies that are beyond our control may result in cancellation without any liability from the organiser’s part.

Our Liability

We are not liable for missed events like fireworks or other experiences due to unforeseen circumstances.
