Enjoy an unparalleled New Year’s Eve party in luxury and entertainment – aboard the Rose Royale. The night is kicked off with a chic welcome and refreshing drinks – while the cruise is being prepared to set sail. Upon arrival, a live DJ steps in – bringing lively music to set the scene for a perfect party.

There’s a delicious array of snacks and canapes to sample – followed by a global buffet of gourmet food. There’s a live cooking counter for an interactive dining experience – and a variety of desserts give a sweet finish to the meal.

The open bar helps to keep the party going with premium drinks all night long. Guests can relax with their beverages, dance to the DJ’s high-pitched music and appreciate the gorgeous Dubai Marina views – under the glowing night sky.

The cruise provides fantastic views of the New Year’s Eve fireworks – which are shown around JBR and other key areas, as it nears midnight. Essential Information

Emirates ID or passport will be required by guests to participate in the activity.
There is no hard and fast rule about dress – guests are encouraged to be as creative as they like, but inappropriate attire should be avoided – as this is a New Year’s Eve celebration.
New Year’s Eve traffic is very heavy – so guests are advised to arrive at the time designated at the pick-up/boarding point.
No food or drinks will be allowed to be brought on board the cruise.
Parents/guardians are the ones who are in control of their children – throughout the experience.
Seating will be available based on ticket type purchased – regular or VIP.
New Year’s Eve is NOT a regular transfer day. Public transport or private hire will be available to guests for an extra fee.

Important Information

Your QR ticket will have the details of your sailing time and boarding point. Please arrive on time as the cruise is on a fixed schedule – and late arrivals or no shows will not be entitled to a refund.
Travel in advance as there could be delays – due to heavy traffic on New Year’s Eve.
Food items in your chosen experience are available onboard.
The experience is primarily aimed at adults – but children are also welcome.
The dress code is Smart & Elegant – guests are encouraged to wear appropriate dress for the occasion.
Guest are restricted to the deck space they have booked. Areas of permitted access will be identified by wristbands.
VIP ticket holders have reserved table seating. The on-board crew will designate appropriate seating for various size groups and booking periods.

If you have been booked – no cancellations or changes of dates will be accepted.

Children below 10 years can access with Child Ticket.
People aged over 10 will require Adult Tickets.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Note that the organiser has the right to cancel the cruise or event – in case of the following:

Poor Weather or Sea Conditions

The captain/organizer may reschedule or cancel a sailing or adjust the course with safety in mind – if the weather or sea conditions are not suitable.

Technical/Operational Problems

The booking may be canceled for mechanical failure, safety issues or other operational issues – that may impact the safe operation of the cruise.

Minimum Requirement Not Achieved, Where Applicable

Minimum number of participants may be required for the New Year cruise. When the number of participants is not obtained in the specified period – the organiser has the right to cancel the event.

Force Majeure Circumstances

The organizer has no control over unforeseen events (including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or major emergencies) – that could lead to cancellation, without any additional liability.

If a cancellation is made guests will be notified as soon as possible – via email, phone/SMS or via the booking platform they have used to make their booking.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of events occurring through circumstances and weather conditions which are beyond the control of the organiser – such events as fireworks may not occur as the organiser will not be held liable for such circumstances.
