Pickup and drop off timings may vary depending on the traffic.
Private transfers may be limited after 4 pm due to road closures.
The charter departs at the scheduled time. Any late arrivals will not be accommodated with a delayed start.
The charter ends at 2:00 AM. No extensions are available after that.
In cases of weather issues, government restrictions or any other unforeseen events, a reschedule or complete refund will be arranged.
Arrive early on the given time schedule to enjoy a hassle-free journey.

Our Cancellation Policy

Once the booking has been confirmed, there will be no cancellation.
If the service is unavailable, we may have to cancel the booking and complete refund will be issued.

Bad Weather or Rough Seas – If conditions at sea are deemed unsafe, we may have to reschedule or even cancel the charter for everyone’s safety.
Technical or Operational Issues – In case of any mechanical failure or operational problems, we will have to cancel the charter for everyone’s wellbeing.
Extraordinary Circumstance – Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or any other events beyond our control may lead to cancellation without liability.
Refunds – In case of cancellations from our end, only the charter fee will be refunded. The refund does not extend to the missed experiences or indirect losses due to cancellation.
Limitation of Liability – Our liability is solely limited to the charter fees. We regret to inform that we cannot be held liable for unavoidable weather conditions or missed experiences that are likely caused by circumstances beyond our control.
