  • Everyone who will be going to the yacht must carry their Emirates ID or passport, if they are tourists, to gain a verified entry.
  • Please note that if you opt for our private transfers, the timing can alter from 30 to 60 minutes as per the traffic conditions.
  • These transfers are only available from Dubai-based accommodations.
  • Please note that these private transfers might get restricted beyond 4:00 PM because of local road closures.
  • The yacht operates strictly on a given time basis. Therefore, anyone who is a late arrival cannot be accommodated, as this yacht will not wait for them.
  • Please note that the final time and location details will be sent to you at the registered email or WhatsApp number.
  • The order of viewing the attractions while sailing is not fixed and can change under the instructions of the coast guard or weather advisories.
  • It is a family-friendly experience for kids of all ages, but they must be accompanied by their guardians and kept safe during the sailing.
  • We kindly request everyone to wear modest outfits and avoid wearing swimsuits or bikinis.
  • It is essential that you wear the life jackets during the sailing hours.
  • Kindly note that pets are not allowed on the yacht.
  • One hour is the minimum booking duration but it is best to book it for at least two hours.
  • Please do not exceed the headcount which is 12 pax for the 44 ft yacht.

  • Location: Dubai Marina Harbor
  • Sailing Hours: 4 hours
  • Departing Time: 9 PM – 10 PM
  • Returning Time: 1 AM – 2 AM (January 1st)
  • You can take the bus lines F55A and N55 to the Marina Harbor. Afterward, the location is a short walk away.
  • You can also board a metro to the Jumeirah Lake Towers Metro station.
  • Alternatively, you have the option to book our private transfers or use other ride-hailing apps.

The organizers have the right to cancel the charter or the celebratory event in case of the following events:

  • If the weather or sea conditions are unfavorable for sailing. It may result in delay, reschedule or complete cancellation of the sailing.
  • If the organizers notice a mechanical failure, safety issues or operational problems, they have the right to cancel the booking to keep everyone safe.
  • In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies, the event may be canceled without liability.
  • The refund only refers to the paid amount and not the additional expenses, like travel, accommodation or third-party bookings. You will receive the notification via email, SMS, or on the booking platforms.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any harsh weather conditions during sailing or for any missed scheduled experiences like fireworks, as they are beyond their control.
  • It is a nonrefundable activity, which means you cannot receive a refund if you arrive late or cancel after the booking.
  • However, the service is not available after payment because of certain reasons; we can cancel and refund your amount.

  • Kids of all ages are welcome but must be accompanied and safeguarded by their guardians.
