If the organizer considers that for any of the following reasons the cruise or event should not proceed -they reserve the right to cancel the cruise or event.
The organiser or captain can also call off, reschedule or delay the cruise – if the weather or sea conditions are not suitable for sailing.
If mechanical defects, or safety considerations or other operating problems make the vessel unsafe to operate – the booking may be cancelled.
The New Year cruise might require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not achieved within the specified time – the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event.
If there is an event, such as a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemic, major emergency, etc. – that is beyond the control of the organizer and is not covered by this policy – it could result in cancellation without any liability.
The organizer will not be responsible for any extra costs of the guests – such as additional accommodation, transport, travel arrangements and third-party bookings.
Guest will be notified of cancellation as soon as reasonably practicable – via email, SMS/phone or the booking platform on which the guest booked.
Weather is not a factor and no responsibility will be taken for missed fireworks viewing and other activities that are cancelled due to the reason.
