Essential Information for Marina Cruise
  • Every guest must carry a valid Emirates ID or passport for the activity.
  • Guests who are not opting for private transfers are advised to use public transportation to reach the reporting point.
  • Pickup and drop-off services are available only from centrally located hotels and residences within the city.
  • Private transfer timings can vary depending on the pickup location and prevailing traffic conditions.
  • Pickup or drop-off may not be possible in areas affected by road closures after 4 PM.
  • Tickets for the upper and lower decks are priced separately.
  • Separate washrooms for men and women are available onboard.
  • In the event of unfavorable weather, the coast guard may restrict access to open waters.
  • The time taken for the cruise is three hours approximately.
  • The private pick-up shall be conducted between 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
  • Dubai Marina Harbor is the location for reporting.
  • Kindly report from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
  • Please be informed that the boarding process begins from 9 pm onwards.
  • The cruise embarks from the harbor at 10 pm and comes back at 1 am (1st January 2027).
  • The drop-off will be conducted from 2 am to 3 am (as per your location).
  • Transfer to/from hotel is not part of the activity. But you can opt for our private transfer.
  • All New Year tickets are non-refundable.
  • The party happens in the evening. So always bring a light jacket for keeping yourself warm.
  • We will provide you with location and the contact information of the person one or two days prior to the activity.
  • Children have to come with their guardians for the party.
  • In our menu, we offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items.
  • No alcohol will be served, but you can buy it.
  • By metro- Take the metro train and get down at the Jumeirah Lake Towers Metro station. From there, walk a little to reach Marina Harbor.
  • By Bus- Routes N55 and F55A will drop you off at Marina Harbor.
  • By private transfers-Our optional private transfers can assist you with pickup and drop facilities.
  • Full refund for all cancelations 14 days prior to New Year.
  • No refund for cancelations within 14 days from New Year.
  • In case of unavailability of the services, we have the rights to cancel and give you a refund.
  • The amount of refund shall reflect in your bank account in seven business days (if eligible).
  • Children under the age of 3 are allowed for free.
  • Children between the ages of 3 and 10 should book children’s tickets.
  • Others qualify for adult tickets.

It will be good to inform you that the charter may be canceled for the following reasons:

    1. Bad weather or sea conditions – Due to conditions such as bad weather or sea conditions that pose safety concerns, the organizer/captain might postpone, reschedule or cancel the sail.
    2. Technical/Operational Problems – To guarantee everyone’s safety, the organizer might cancel the booking due to technical and operational problems.
    3. Requirement not fulfilled (only applies to this particular event) – The New Year Cruise requires a certain minimum number of people. If the minimum is not achieved by the time limit, the organizer can cancel the event.
    4. Events of Force Majeure (Natural Disasters, Government Regulations, Pandemic, or Major Crisis) – They are beyond the organizer’s control. It means that the event can be cancelled without any liability on their part.
    5. Additional compensation – There will be no additional compensation. The organizer will simply reimburse the amount that has already been paid. Any additional cost incurred by the guests for traveling, lodging, or making third-party reservations will be solely at the guests’ expense.
    6. All the guests will be informed as quickly as possible through email/SMS/call or booking platform.
    7. Limitation of liability – Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the amount of money paid by the guests as a charter fee. They are not responsible for the weather and any scheduled activities that might be affected due to circumstances out of their control.
