• Bookings for this experience are final and cannot be cancelled.
• If you cancel the ticket, you will not receive any refund.
• In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your booking after the payment , a full refund will be processed.

Guest Age Policy

• Guests aged 10 years and above are required to purchase a standard ticket.

• Children below the age of 10 are eligible for child ticket.

Our Cancellation Policy

1. Bad Weather or Sea Conditions

In the event of unfavourable conditions, the captain or organiser may make the call to delay, reschedule or cancel the sailing.

2. Mechanical or Operational Failures

If there’s any technical issue, mechanical failure or operational concern, the organiser may cancel or postpone the event for the wellbeing of passengers.

3. Minimum Participation

The event requires a minimum number of guests onboard. If the threshold is not met by the deadline, the event may be cancelled.

4. Force Majeure Events

Events like natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or other emergencies that are beyond our control may result in cancellation without any liability from the organiser’s part.

5. Refund Policy

If the organiser cancels the event, full refund will be initiated. The organiser holds no responsibility for travel and hotel expenses or any third party bookings made by the guests.

6. Our Liability

The organiser is liable only for the return of the charter fee. We are not liable for missed events like fireworks or other experiences due to unforeseen circumstances.
