Board a traditional dhow and enjoy the charm of Burj Khalifa on a new year eve. Welcome 2027 with Elite NYE Burj Khalifa Fireworks Experience at the Creek with buffet dinner, live music and fireworks. Take in the panoramic views of the souks, waterfront buildings and Al Seef.

Go on a 3 hour journey along the Creek and enjoy the festivities of 31^st December from the cruise with live entertainment. Get both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options in the buffet dinner. Enjoy the celebration with New Year cake while you countdown to the last seconds of 2026.

Guest Guidelines

You will receive an instant confirmation upon completing your reservation.
Children are welcome and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Private transfer timings may differ depending on traffic or pickup locations.
Transfer services may be unavailable for areas with road closures after 4 pm on new year eve.
The boarding details will be shared one day before the cruise.
The cruise operates on a fixed schedule and no latecomers will be accommodated.
No refunds will be initiated for late comers or no show.
Sailing routes may be changed based on weather conditions.
Warm and attentive crew members will be onboard to attend to your requests.
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes will be offered.
Dress up in your best attire for the New Year celebration but keep your outfits modest.
This experience is exclusively available on New Year’s Eve.
Strollers are not allowed on board during the event.

Getting There

Boarding Point – Al Seef, Bur Dubai (Next to Kailash Parbat, Gate No. E)
Location Notification – The guests will receive the full departure details one day prior to the event.

How To Get There?

Metro – Board the Red Line and get off at BurJuman Station. From there, enjoy a 10-minute walk to Al Seef.
Bus – Catch the Bus Numbers 29, C10, and 33, all of which stop near Al Seef.
Private Transfer – Travel comfortably on a comfortable cab from your location in Dubai to the boarding point.

Cancellation Policy

Once the booking has been confirmed, no cancellations will be made.
In the unlikely event that this experience becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and issue a complete refund.
In case of cancellation from our end, full refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations Due to Health Reasons

Guests seeking cancellation due to health related issue must provide a valid medical document as proof.
Refund requests for such cancellations will be carefully reviewed before a refund is initiated.
The company reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not have adequate medical evidence or do not align with the terms of this policy.

Age Policy

Kids below the age of 3 will get free entry.
Children from the age of 3 to 10 will require child tickets to participate in the activity.
Children above the age of 10 require standard tickets.

Our Cancellation Policy

The organiser reserves the right to cancel under following circumstances –

1. Poor Weather or Sea Conditions

Unsafe weather conditions may result in the event getting delayed, rescheduled or cancelled.

2. Technical or Operational Issues

If there’s any mechanical failure or operational issue, the organiser may cancel the booking for the wellbeing of the guests.

3. Minimum Guest

The event requires a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of guests is not confirmed by the set deadline, the event may be cancelled.

Force Majeure Events

Any events that are outside the organiser’s control – natural disasters, pandemics, or major emergencies, may result in cancellation without liability.

Refund Terms

In the event of cancellation initiated from the organiser’s end, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket. The organiser holds no responsibility for additional costs like travel, accommodation or third party reservations made by guests.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly confined to the refund of charter fee. No further liability will be accepted for circumstances beyond our control such as missed experiences or events.
