The cruise party will begin at 10 PM on 31st Dec 2026.
You will return by 1 am on January 1st, 2027.
Private transfers are available at additional cost.

Dubai’s roads face massive crowds after 4 PM on New Year’s Eve, which may impact your pickup and drop-off services in some areas.
Cruise departs on time. In case you’re late or miss the event, no refund will be issued.
All guests should wear smart and modest attire.
In case of unfavourable weather conditions, the coast guard may suspend open-water sailing and boarding location may be changed.

Cancellation Due to Health Reasons

If you need to cancel your New Year’s Eve booking due to health issues, please get in touch with us and provide a valid medical documentation. Your refund request will be processed, only after the verification of your documents.

When We May Need to Cancel – Here's What to Know

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the charter under these conditions:

Bad Weather/Unsafe Sea Conditions- The cruise may get delayed, rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons.
Operational Issues- In case of mechanical failure or safety issues, the event may be cancelled by the organiser.
Minimum Participation Not Met- Our New Year’s Eve Cruise requires a minimum number of guests to proceed ahead. If the threshold is not met, the event may be cancelled.
Unexpected Events- In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or emergencies, the activity may be cancelled without liability to the organiser.
Refunds- In case of unexpected cancellation by the organiser, you will receive the complete refund. However, additional travel or accommodation costs are not covered.
Guest Notification- In the event of cancellation, the guests will be informed through email, SMS, phone or booking platform.
Company’s Liability- Our liability is limited to refunding the charter fee. We regret that we cannot be held liable for missed experiences like fireworks or other events that are beyond our control.
