Force Majeure Situations
Unexpected events such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, public restrictions, or emergency situations beyond the organizer’s control may result in cancellation without liability.
Refund Policy for Cancellations
In such cases, only the amount paid for the charter will be refunded. The organizer will not be responsible for any personal expenses incurred by guests, including flights, hotel stays, transportation, or third-party reservations.
Guest Notification
Guests will be informed about any cancellation or schedule changes at the earliest possible time through email, phone call, SMS, or the booking platform used for the reservation.
Limitation of Liability
The organizer’s responsibility is strictly limited to refunding the charter amount paid by the guests. They cannot be held accountable for weather-related disruptions or missed experiences, including fireworks displays or scheduled celebrations affected by circumstances beyond their control.
