1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.

2. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

3. No Cancellation / No Refund Policy 

Cancellation & Refund Policy: All New Year’s Eve bookings are final. No cancellations, refunds, or amendments are permitted after confirmation unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Late Arrival / No Show

Guests must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 60 minutes before departure. Failure to arrive before the boarding deadline will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

5. Boarding Closure

Cruise boarding closes strictly as per the operator’s schedule. The vessel cannot be delayed for late-arriving guests under any circumstances.

6. Fireworks Disclaimer

Fireworks visibility depends on government regulations, weather conditions, marine authority instructions, and vessel positioning. Fireworks displays are not guaranteed, and no refunds or compensation will be provided if visibility is affected or displays are cancelled.

7. Cruise Route

Cruise routes and sailing duration are subject to weather, marine traffic, and instructions from the relevant authorities.

8. Food & Beverage

Buffet menus and beverages may vary depending on availability. No refunds or compensation will be offered for menu changes.

3. Event Changes: Event schedules, venues, and inclusions are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes in advance.

4. Travel Documents: Ensure you carry a valid ID and any other required documents. Failure to present these may result in denied entry without a refund.

5. Liability: We are not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings during the event.

6. Food & Beverage

7. Health & Medical

Guests with medical conditions, limited mobility, or pregnancy should ensure they are fit to travel. The company shall not be liable for any medical issues occurring during the cruise.

8. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Third-Party Operator

We act as an authorized booking agent for cruise operators. The operation of the cruise, onboard services, entertainment, and safety procedures are the responsibility of the respective cruise operator.

10. Right to Refuse Boarding

The cruise operator reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or in violation of onboard rules. No refund will be issued.

11. Force Majeure: No refunds or rescheduling for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

12. Customer Responsibility: Guests are responsible for adhering to event rules and regulations. Misconduct may result in removal without a refund.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
